Guided tour to the Museum of tulle and practical embroidery activity

What is hidden behind an embroidery?

We’ll find out together by visiting the Tulle Museum in Panicale, a magical place where time seems to have stopped in the past!
The children and their families will be accompanied in the museum by the expert embroiderers and museum curators.

At the end of the visit, the children will be able to do a practical activity of about an hour and a half to understand what embroidery is, discover the materials that make it up and learn how to use them!! The children will learn to embroider a drawing made by them with running stitch and apply colored felt shapes directly onto the shopper with the help of the hoop.

In the meantime, parents will be able to visit the village of Panicale and the art treasures that are preserved in its main buildings together with a guide.

  • Guided tour of Panicale for adults: 2 hours and half
